1What is Wireless Internet/Wifi?
Wireless networking - which is often just known as Wi-Fi - is a way of getting broadband internet without wires. Wi-Fi allows you to connect several computers at once, anywhere in the house - or if you have a laptop, to even use your computer in the garden. You don't need to install extra phone lines or cables.
2What is wireless internet line of sight?
Because all wireless technologies excel only with true line of sight, we require that the radios are mounted above the tree line, to ensure proper connections. However, for some clients this means going much higher than their roof line. Some rural properties are surrounded by tall trees, and may require a tripod and mast, or even a guy wired pop-up mast or free standing tower. The free site survey conducted before setup will ensure there are no surprises in setup fees.

6Can I change my package?
You can change your package by emailing accounts@bundunet.com You can make a request for your package can be changed at any time. Changes will be implemented on the 1st of the month.
7When does the debit order run?
The debit order runs on the 1st of the month. If the 1st falls on a weekend or public holiday, the debit run will run on the following working day.
8How do I pay my account via debit order?
Please email accounts@bundunet.com for a debit order form. Complete, sign and return the form to our accounts department.
9How do I cancel my debit order?
To cancel your debit order, please email accounts@bundunet.com
10How do I change my banking details for my debit order?
You can change your banking details by completing a new debit order form
11Can I pay via credit card?
Yes. Log into your portal, select account then invoice and click on the ‘pay via c.c tab. You are also able to pay via credit card at our office
12When is my payment due?
In advance on the 1st of the month
13Is the subscription in advance or in arrears?
It is in advance. Before the 1st of the month
14Do I have to be on debit order?
You have the addition options of paying via cash and credit card. Please come into our office to pay cash and credit card. You are also able to pay via credit card through your portal login
15Can i pay up front for a year in advance?

3How do I send emails from my old email address on the Bundu networX network?
Generally mail should be sent out from the email host; not the ISP. If you contact your host, they should be able to tell you what settings to use. Generally the settings for the outgoing server would be: 1. smtp.yourhost.co.za, 2. then under advanced/more settings, make sure authentication is switched on and you are using a secure port, 465 or 587. Avoid using port 25 for outgoing mail. We offer a test phone to see what the quality is like however we cannot guarantee the call quality.

3If I move to Bundu NetworX can I keep my old number?
Yes, all we need is: *Your up-to-date Telkom, account number *ID copy of the account holder *Permission, on a letterhead, to port the number
4How long will it take me to port my number?
Generally 3-4 weeks, however Telkom may take up to 2 months
